If you want to unlock your phone, you'll need to provide its unique 15-digit IMEI number. To find this number, follow these steps:

1. Open your phone's app and go to the keypad.

2. Dial *#06# and wait a few seconds.

3. Your phone's IMEI number will appear on the screen.

4. Copy the IMEI number exactly as it appears on the screen and enter it into the designated IMEI box below.

Please note that the IMEI number you provide is your responsibility. Once you start the unlocking process, the fee cannot be refunded. If any errors occur on our end, a full refund will be provided. However, if issues arise due to incorrect network or service selection or an incorrect IMEI number, refunds cannot be guaranteed. So, make sure to double-check the IMEI number before proceeding with the unlocking process. Please also note all phones must be over 6 moths old piror to any unlocking atempt
